GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The administrator of personal data collected via the website www.prido.pl is Prido sp.z o.o. (address of the registered office: Jana Kazimierza 61, 01-267 Warsaw, delivery address: Jana Kazimierza 61, 01-267 Warsaw), entered into the register of entrepreneurs under the number KRS: 0000782879, NIP: 5272890915, REGON: 383151392, e-mail address: info @ prido.pl hereinafter “the Administrator”, which is also the Service Provider.

2. Personal data collected by the Administrator via the website are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of data personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018

TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

1. PROCESSING PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS.

The administrator processes personal data via the website www.prido.pl in the event of: using the contact form by the user. Personal data is processed on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 lit. f) GDPR as the Administrator’s legitimate interest, subscribing to the Newsletter by the user to send commercial information by electronic means. Personal data are processed after expressing separate consent, pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. a) GDPR.

2. TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED.

The administrator processes the following categories of user’s personal data:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

3. PERIOD OF ARCHIVING PERSONAL DATA.

Users’ personal data are stored by the Administrator:

a) if the basis for data processing is the performance of the contract, as long as it is necessary to perform the contract, and after that time for the period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims. Unless the special provision provides otherwise, the limitation period is six years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to business operations – three years.

b) in the case where the basis for data processing is consent, as long as the consent is not revoked, and after revoking the consent for a period of time corresponding to the period of limitation of claims that may be raised by the Administrator and which may be raised against him. Unless the special provision provides otherwise, the limitation period is six years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to business operations – three years.

4. When using the website, additional information may be downloaded, in particular: the IP address assigned to the user’s computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, type of browser, access time, type of operating system, browser language, source of access to the page, etc. < / p>

5. Navigation data may also be collected from users, including information about links and references that they choose to click or other actions taken on the website. The legal basis for this type of activity is the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR), consisting in facilitating the use of electronic services and improving the functionality of these services.

6. Providing personal data by the user is voluntary.

7. Personal data will also be processed in an automated way in the form of profiling, provided that the user agrees to it pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. a) GDPR. The consequence of profiling will be assigning a profile to a given person in order to make decisions about them or to analyze or predict their preferences, behaviors and attitudes.

8. The administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him are:
a) processed in accordance with the law,
b) collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
c) factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form enabling identification of persons to whom they relate, no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

9. Location data: The prido.pl website does not save location data of users. The only data saved by the website on the basis of which it is possible to determine the user’s approximate location is the IP address assigned to the user’s computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider.

SHARING PERSONAL DATA

Users’ personal data is transferred to service providers that the Administrator uses when running the website. Service providers to whom personal data are transferred, depending on contractual arrangements and circumstances, or are subject to the Administrator’s instructions as to the purposes and methods of processing this data (processors) or define the purposes and methods of their processing (administrators).

RIGHT OF CONTROL, ACCESS AND CORRECTION OF OWN DATA

The data subject has the right to access their personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

  • Data deletion (the so-called right to be forgotten) – art. 17 GDPR.

In the event of a user having the right under the above rights, the Administrator shall comply with the request or refuse to comply with it immediately, but no later than within a month after receiving it. However, if – due to the complicated nature of the request or the number of requests – the Administrator will not be able to fulfill the request within a month, he will fulfill it within the next two months informing the user in advance within one month of receiving the request – about the intended extension of the deadline and its reasons.

If it is determined that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

By installing and using the prido mobile application, you agree to the following rules regarding privacy policy:

Data to which we have access and which we store

Device

When you connect the video recorder to our application, it will receive access to information about your device. The application stores data about saved files, internet passwords and device settings. It also stores useful information about the device itself (its IP number, software version, internal settings and other data of this type).

Location data

The moment you install our application and launch it for the first time, it will ask you for access to your device’s location data. If you grant the application access to location data, then it will save and store data about your location in order to provide you with functionalities allowing to save and restore data on the route you have traveled with your video recorder. You can withdraw your consent to access location data at any time. You can also prevent the application from accessing this type of data by blocking in the phone settings the functions responsible for connection with the GPS system or other functions enabling the download of device location data. The scope of the device’s location functions and the ability to disable or limit them depend on the specific mobile device. To learn about them, read the instructions provided by the manufacturer of your mobile device.

Media

The moment you install our application and launch it for the first time, it will ask you for access to photos, multimedia files and other files saved on your device. If you grant the app access to this data, it will save and store within the application the data on photos and videos taken by your device. If you decide to use the functions of the application that require access to other files on your device (e.g. the option to add your own music to a video recording) then the application will gain access to the files you specify. If you use the function, applications that require its access to the device’s memory (e.g. saving files in the mobile device’s memory) then the application will receive permission to save data in the mobile device’s memory. You can withdraw your consent to access photos, media files and other files saved on your device at any time.

How we use the collected data

Data collected and stored by applications

Device data, location data and multimedia data are only used inside the application to enable it to function properly.

Data collected and stored by the website

Data collected through the website https://prido.pl/ are used for the following purposes:

Customer service

Personal data provided to us via the website and the contact forms placed on it are necessary for us to provide services related to the warranty provisions of the device and handling complaint applications. We also need them for customer service (answers to customer questions, customer assistance and the like). The same applies to personal data sent to us by email (email addresses used to contact our company are provided on the website https://prido.pl/ ).

Advertising activities

Data collected by the website https://prido.pl/ can be used for advertising purposes such as: Google AdWords campaigns and other such campaigns, campaigns implemented through social media and other types of advertising activities carried out via electronic media. Data collected using contact forms may also be used for advertising purposes (e.g. mailing campaigns), provided that the person sending the form during its sending agrees to use his data for advertising purposes. Otherwise, the data collected using the contact forms will be used only for matters related to customer service.

Right to control, access and amend your own data

FINAL PROVISIONS

The administrator applies technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected, and in particular protects the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable laws and change, loss, damage or destruction.

The administrator provides appropriate technical measures to prevent the acquisition and modification of unauthorized personal data sent electronically.

In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply accordingly.
